No Warranty

Our products are guaranteed genuine from the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM). They are of the highest quality. As conditions of the engine and skills of the installer are unknown, Asahi regrets that we do not offer warranty on any of our products supplied.

Title Of Goods

All goods supplied by Asahi will remain the property of Asahi and the title of such goods shall not pass to the purchaser until they have been paid for in full.

In the event of the purchaser defaulting on payment for whatever reasons including bankruptcy or insolvency, the purchaser will authorise Asahi to enter the purchasers property where the goods are stored and remove all goods supplied by Asahi, up to the value of the debt.

Disclaimer

All part number and brand names mentioned are for reference only and does not implied our association with them. Asahi's guarantee is to ship the correct goods with reference to the OEM manufacturer part number. While great care have been used in compiling the data, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the cross-reference.

Limits Of Liability

In no event shall Asahi be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage to any kind howsoever caused arising from the contract of sale or the use of goods.

Delivery Date

In the event that Asahi cannot ship on time goods ordered/indented, the customer has the option to cancel the order and is entitled to a refund of the deposit. Asahi is not liable for any consequential damages the customer may suffer as a result of non-delivery.

Collection Of Goods

Upon notication of the goods being ready for collection at Asahi's warehouse, the customer must give instruction to ship within 3 weeks of such notication, otherwise the order is deemed cancelled and the deposit/payment will be forfeited.

Traceability Of Goods

Asahi's guarantee you that our products are genuine and new from the OE Manufacturer.

We would like to highlight that there are some manufacturer (OEM) who have decided to remove serial number due to conflicts with OE supply channel, etc. As such, in some cases, we may not be able to offer full traceability of goods, specifically unique serial numbers.

Asahi is not required to supply full evidence of traceability (specifically serial number may be removed in certain products) or country of origin, unless agreed upon before the order is placed.
