Shipment Matters

Policy

  1. Shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose.
  2. Freight will be quoted ex-work Asia (our warehouse are located throughout Asia).
  3. We offer SUPER SAVER--free ocean shipment (CIF to listed port of discharge). See details.
  4. If you choose to group all items into one shipment, you'll be charged for one per-shipment fee. If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment.
  5. Asahi and our suppliers are committed to shipping the right items at the right quantity at the right time, using stringent control procedures.
  6. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Goods Damaged During Shipment

  1. Asahi will take the upmost efforts and precaution in protective packing
  2. However, it is the buyers responsiblity to insure the goods for courier.
  3. Please indicate to us if you like to have the goods insured. For DHL courier, the insurance is 2% of the cost of goods.
  4. In circumstances where the damage is due to our poor packaging on our part, Asahi will work out a suitable solution for the customers. Our discretion is final. 
  5. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
  6. Should you require to place another order due to the damage, Asahi will treat the new goods as a new sale and payment policy applies.
