Refund & Exchange Policies 

We believe that our products are of the right quality, quantity and description being shipped at the right time. If something is wrong with an order you placed with Asahi, we certainly want to help you.

Our policy is that you may return or exchange most items^*1, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of fourteen (14) days from date of receiving the goods, provided the goods are still in the original^*2 conditions

If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less then 15%.

STEP 1:

• Make sure the goods are still in original^*2 conditions.If goods damaged during shipment, read this first.

STEP 2:

• Prior to returning any item, you must complete this Return Form and email us for pre-approval .

STEP 3:

• We will email to you an Return Approval Number (RAN) and indicate to you the shipping address to return the goods.

• No goods will be accepted without an RAN.

STEP 4:

• Ship the goods back to us in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied.

• The return freight and insurance is prepaid^*3 by the customer.

STEP 5:

• Upon our inspection, we will compute the net amount^*4 to be refunded.

STEP 6:

• We will issue you a voucher for your next purchase^*5.

Notes:

*1-except indented items

*2-means goods and its packaging are unused, undamaged, uninstalled and are in saleale condition. We cannot accept any goods return if the goods have been used, damaged, installed and/or in unsaleable conditions.

*3-We'll pay the shipping cost both ways if the return is a result of our error.

*4-Cost of goods less applicable outbound/inbound freight (if paid by us) less applicable handling charges.

*5-voucher is valid for 6 months from date of our acceptance of return
