Ordering

STEP 1:

• Register your details with us.

STEP 2:

• Email us your enquiry with as much information as you can.

STEP 3:

• We target to quote (by email in Adobe PDF or fax) to you within 1 working day (Hong Kong time).
• Prices are quoted in US Dollar and are valid for the stated quantity.
• We will quote the shipping charges either by courier (click here for  rates) door-to-door, or ocean freight ex-work destination port (click here for rates)
• To make it simple and save cost, Asahi will pay the shipping charges on your behalf and bill you in the invoice.

STEP 4:

• Send us your order, confirming the items,  quantity, shipment methods and address.

STEP 5:

• Asahi will issue Proforma Invoice (by email in Adobe PDF).
• Exstock items will be reserved for 72 hours only
• Please remit payments within 72 hours, otherwise we will auto-cancel the reservations.

STEP 6:

• Make payment to our bank and advise (fax/email)  us with remittance slip

• Please pay the bank charges on your side. Asahi will pay our bank charges at our Hong Kong side. We may debit into customers account for any resulting shortfall in the remittance.

STEP 7:

• Upon confirmation of payment received, we  usually take less than 24 working hours to ship exstock item.
• Invoice & Packing List will be enclosed in the shipment.

STEP 8:

• Asahi will email Airway Bill Number for your tracking.

• We usually take less than a 24 working hours to ship exstock item.

• Asahi will email Airway Bill Number for your tracking.

STEP 7:

• Depending on your credit term/limit, please make payment according on time and right amount.

• Customers who honored our agreed credit term/limit continues to enjoy such convenience.
  

1. Currency : Our trading currency is in United States Dollar (USD). Some items may be quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY), and will be converted to USD at the time of payment using the prevailing exchange rates.
2. Indent Policy : We require a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 70% must be remitted before shipment. Customers must take shipment of goods within 3 months of arrival notice, falling which the deposit may be forfeited.
